1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jili 30 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jili 30 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jili 30 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering for a jili 30 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jili 30 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jili 30 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or when required by applicable law. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to your jili 30 account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. jili 30 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted deposit methods include:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to a bank account in your name

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jili 30 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

jili 30 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your jili 30 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your account details;
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the withdrawal section of your account;

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. jili 30 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

jili 30 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, jili 30 offers bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering the bonus amount may be withdrawn, subject to the wagering requirement being met;
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• jili 30 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;

7. Game Rules & Fairness

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili 30 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.

jili 30 employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited pending investigation. jili 30 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

jili 30 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. jili 30 is not obligated to return funds where the account was terminated due to fraud or a material breach of these Terms.

You may request the closure of your jili 30 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jili 30 Platform without prior written consent from jili 30.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili 30 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform, including game RTP figures or promotional terms.

The jili 30 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jili 30 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jili 30 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
